I recently experienced a broken hot water heater and placed a call hoping to get on the schedule quickly. This happened shortly before Christmas, so I kinda felt like it was a desperate situation. I spoke to Courtney on a Sunday morning. She was very thoughtful and considerate. She made every effort to accommodate me and placed me on the schedule for the next day. Monday AM John Avalos came and installed a new water heater. He took the time to explain the operation of the heater, along with certain tips concerning care.
They are both outstanding and you should be very proud to have them in your employ. I realize I’ve repeated myself on the use of “outstanding”, but it fits!
