Very professional and great personality, I mean he really cared about the quality of work and what exactly I wanted. He also installed a better valve instead of the plastic ones your big boxstores sell on their water heaters. I know a good job when I see one being a retired construction superintendent.

  I had made several phone call to our local Culligan of Chico. I was told a man would call me back when available. After several days, I ended up calling back and made an appointment for a gentleman to come to the house, test our water, … More and give us an estimate. My husband waited for well over the 2 hour window, and the Culligan man did not show. A friend of mine referred me to Fletchers and they responded right away with an appointment, water test, and an estimate. We chose to have our water softener installed, which Fletchers did promptly. He explained in detail to my husband how the water softener works and that if we had any further questions to not hesitate to call. Without hesitation I would choose Fletchers again...prompted, courteous, and thorough. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Going with Feltchers over Culligan was the difference between night and day.
