“I always hear how expensive Fletcher’s is but after my recent experience I have to say maybe you get what you pay for! I called and was able to have someone out the same day. They confirmed time and made sure I was home before coming. Mike, the service man, arrived and was friendly and kind and gave me a written estimate prior to starting any work. He explained everything to me and taught me how to maintain my water softener and change the filter. He had filters brought to the house while he was here so no time was wasted.
