Fletcher’s Plumbing & Contracting, Inc. is proud to celebrate its 50th anniversary as the region’s leading residential and commercial plumbing contractor. Founded by Rod and Eleanor Fletcher in 1973, the company has come a long way from its humble beginnings when Rod started with just a single truck in Yuba City.
Fifteen years later, Rod’s sons Carl and Adam joined the family business and helped to expand the company’s services. Fletcher’s Plumbing & Contracting, Inc. opened its first office on Second Street in Yuba City, which included a plumbing showroom and expanded into remodeling and refurbishing bathrooms and kitchens. With this expansion, the company added a California State license class B (General Contractor) and A (Underground Engineer) in addition to its C-36 (Plumbing) classification.
And the plumbing legacy continues with the addition of a third generation in the family-owned and operated business. Lauren Fletcher joined the team in 2020 and is now the Human Resources Officer.

Today, Fletcher’s Plumbing & Contracting, Inc. has grown to serve much of Northern California with locations in Yuba City, Chico, and Sacramento. The company offers a wide range of services, including residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal plumbing, water treatment systems, sewer and septic services, gas lines, and water heaters. Their team of 45+ experienced professionals is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and craftsmanship on every job.
