Fletcher Plumbing has been AWWA Certified backflow testing for over 20 years in the Yuba, Sutter, Butte, & Colusa counties. Fletcher's Plumbing works closely with cities and counties to keep customers up to current standards of cross connection programs. Fletcher's Plumbing currently has three certified testers on staff. Fletcher Plumbing also handles Backflow preventer enclosures of all types and sizes.

Fletcher Plumbing by having three contractor license classifications, (C-36 Plumbing, B-General Contractor, A-Underground Engineer), can handle most jobs in house. We have and will continue to remodel school kitchens, commercial bathrooms, commercial kitchens, apartment bathrooms, and even structure work. We specialize in turn key apartment bathrooms, tub & tub shower replacements. But on our everyday service trucks we are still able to handle even small commercial requirements. We have our technicians attend a factory representative school on electronic flush, hand wash and sensor fixtures.

Fletcher’s Plumbing  currently installs, replaces,  and repairs all brands and makes of commercial water heaters. We do not work on boilers of any kind. We currently hold certificate of completions from A.O. Smith and State water heaters for completion of their service training school in Ashland Tennessee. Fletchers Plumbing carries a large stock of commercial water heater repair parts on service trucks and in ware house plus has direct access to factory part ordering. Offering varying models of commercial tank style water heater to fit different energy saving requirements.

Fletcher Plumbing currently installs, replaces, and repairs all brands of tank less water heaters. We do carry a limited amount of parts for these types of heaters. Currently authorized warranty representative for several brands. Fletcher Plumbing has converted apartments, houses, commercial buildings, and restaurants from tank style water heaters to tank less heaters. In the conversions of apartments, from a central large commercial water heaters , to individual tank less water heaters to each apartment has saved the property owners money in several ways. The property owners are now having the users pay for their own gas to heat their water, and by going tank less, providing there user a very efficient and economical way to heat water.

At Fletcher Plumbing we offer a several different materials for gas line installs, repairs, additions, and replacements. We offer the standard steel piping for above ground installs and the wrapped steel for underground needs. A new product available to certified installers are the CSST flexible stainless steel gas pipe. This product is ran inside buildings and can make a difficult job a little easier. Another new product available for underground gas piping are the PE or HDPE, plastic gas piping that won’t rust and is less expensive to install.  Fletcher’s Plumbing has technicians certified in both of these new piping methods and has all necessary tools in house for quick and reliable service on these products.

Fletcher’s Plumbing has made a commitment to increase and improve our sewer line cleaning capabilities. By having three sizes of sewer snaking machines on all service truck we have addressed the most common snaking needs from our trucks standard equipment.  In addition to our trucks standard equipment we have added three sizes of sewer hydro jetting machines to our equipment line up. Our middle sized trailer mounted hydro jetting machine has hot water cleaning capabilities.

In order to ensure you are doing a good job of hydro jetting or snaking a sewer line you must see it. At Fletcher Plumbing we believe in this completely and is why we added sewer camera’s to all our service truck standard equipment. All of our service truck have a sewer video camera on them with the capability of scoping from 1 ½” lines to 4” lines. In addition to being video cameras the cameras have a transmitter built into them that allows us to use our locating equipment to find it. The locating equipment is also standard truck stock equipment .  By having this combination of equipment on our service trucks allows us to scope, look and find any problems.

Our Camel Vacuum truck is designed for through drain line jetting and cleaning of storm or sewer lines from 4” – 48”. The truck is equipped with a main jet hose of 1” diameter , 800’ long for the larger line cleaning. Truck is also equipped with a smaller ½” diameter jet hose for jetting 3” & 4” lines of up to 600’ in length. The line cleaning can be controlled in pressure and in volume of up to 2000 psi @ 80 GPM. Truck is also used to vacuum up liquids and get access to lines that need cleaning. In addition to line cleaning this truck is set up for hydro excavation and has a capacity of 10 cubic yards of debris hauling capability.

When digging holes or trenching for any reason it is required to notify the Under Ground Service Alert organization to mark all buried utilities to help eliminate possibly damaging while excavation ongoing. This alert service requires a two day period before you can dig to allow them time to mark utilities that may be in your area. When emergencies happen there may not be enough time to allow for this and you need to dig immediately. With our hydro excavation machines we can dig worry free of damaging these underground utilities.  

Fletcher Plumbing offers multiple options for underground water line replacements. Open trench, thumping, directional bore, all options for underground replacement methods.  In addition to multiple methods of replacement we offer options for piping products as well. Piping products available are P.V.C., H.D.P.E, S.I.D.R., C-900, Ductile Iron,  and copper for different terrains and replacement methods.

We at Fletcher Plumbing try to offer all methods of sewer main line replacement because we realize that different situations require different methods.  We replace sewer lines from open trenching to pipe bursting and directional boring. Fletcher Plumbing prides itself on being one of the first companies in our service areas to tackle all forms of trench less pipe replacement methods and continues to explore all new methods such as Pipe Lining.  With our newest option of repair or replacement we can build a new pipe inside your old pipe if conditions allow. I addition to replacement we can do spot repairs without digging.

Fletcher’s Plumbing is now offering septic and grease trap pumping for our customers. We have added a 3800 gallon pumper truck to our list of equipment. Our pumper truck is available Monday – Friday with weekends available on request and pre-scheduled. Our truck carries 300’ – 400’ of hose. We will locate, inspect, and repair septic systems of all kind. Fletcher Plumbing in N.W.A.T certified in waste water disposal.

Problems with parking lot flooding during rainy season, slow down spout drains from roof down spouts, roof drains plugged and causing unsafe stress on your roof. These are all problems we can clear up, and help prevent with our Vacuum truck, trailers, and jetting equipment. We can clean parking lot drains up to 24” or small down spout drains of 3” and make sure they flowing.  We can do emergency service, or yearly preventative services. Fletcher’s Plumbing will also pump, clean, and install storm water catch basins or clarifiers.

All employee’s of Fletcher Plumbing are required to have a background investigation and drug testing. This background clearance is identified on our employee’s by the employee badges that worn at all times. This added screening process helps us ensure our employee that enters you property or your rental property is there only to perform the work required.
