Yes! All our employees are background checked, drug screened and have a clean DMV report for your piece of mind. Fletcher’s technicians are uniformed and wear a current picture ID badge stating they are Fletcher’s employees.

In order to provide an accurate quote, a technician needs to be onsite to assess the issue. In some cases, a customer will not approve service after the quote has been given, but we still need to pay our technician and allow for the truck time which could have been used in another call had we not responded to your request. The customer must approve all work before we begin service.

We provide 24-hour emergency plumbing services for jobs that can’t wait until the next business day. After hours calls are charged at a higher rate because we pay our technicians to be on-call after hours. The after hours call out fee to dispatch a technician to your site is $150.

Monday – Saturday 7:30 am to 5 pm

As a convenience to our customers, we accept credit and debit cards for payment. A 3.5% convenience fee is added to all credit and debit card payments by the bank's credit card system when a transaction is processed. Fletcher’s Plumbing & Contracting, Inc. does not receive any portion of this convenience fee. 

If you’d like to avoid the convenience fee, please pay your Fletcher’s invoice by cash (exact amount), check, money order or cashier's check at the time of service. Checks should be made out to: Fletcher's Plumbing & Contracting, Inc.
